 It took a while to get back to this piece, but as the day of the artshow drew nearer, I managed to complete it. I was happy with the results, especially because I was able to stick to my original application of a "prismatic" color scheme.

A new addition to a
series of colored pencil designs. A depiction of David kneeling beside
the fallen Goliath. I love the prism like treatment throughout the
composition. I feel that a true spiritual moment is bathed in light. In
the light theory, white light represents the presence of all the colors
of the spectrum. I see David at the moment of victory anointed and bathed in light.   |
